Hisoya? MSP-50 (Food Grade)
5501 MSP-50 is deoiled and chemically modified soy protein with beany flavor being removed. It has better hydrophilicity and gelling ability than common isolated soy protein powder. It is suitable for dairy, meat products, fried food and also for healthcare products application.
