Description: Standardized liquid soy lecithin with Non-GMO status certified.
Being a common food additive as emulsifier, stabilizer, dispersant , anti-oxidant and nutrition enhancer, it is the most broadly used in food processing, such as bakery, noodle, chocolate, confectionery, chewing gum, beverage, milk and so on. Its final products need not to be labeled.
